Charles is an Oakland native whose first career at Comcast cable company included a variety of roles in customer service, sales, dispatch, project coordination, and analyst. Charles began purchasing, renovating, and selling real estate in 2005, and since that time has invested in 14 projects including a huge undertaking converting a four-unit apartment complex in Berkeley into fully renovated condominiums. Of all his accomplishments in real estate, Charles is most proud of a property he built from the ground up – driving by a new home that he created in the city where he was born brings him great joy.
Co-owners of a cat named Kitty, Charles and his wife enjoy traveling, cooking, and watching movies. A grill enthusiast who enjoys learning new barbequing techniques, Charles loves turning out stellar meals for family and friends. He enjoys playing poker and fantasy football and is an avid sneaker collector.
