Christine is an East Bay native and has lived and worked in Lamorinda for forty years. She has intimate knowledge of the real estate market, collaborates extensively with agents and brokers, and works diligently with every client to achieve their desired outcome. Christine loves crunching numbers and will study offers and listings from all possible angles. She arrives at the negotiating table with long-term real estate experience that includes selling, leading agent training, risk management, broker compliance, transaction coordination, and marketing.

Christine is a skilled communicator and well versed in the many components of a purchase or sale. A patient and approachable person, she enjoys both sides of the market and works effectively with sellers and buyers. She knows about listings before they hit the market and leaves no stone unturned when putting together an offer. Christine considers stellar communication one of her biggest strengths, and her acute organizational skills facilitate a successful transaction every time.

Christine often consults with her architect husband to get the inside scoop on permits and costs of custom homes, remodels, and ADUs. Together they have four grown children and share an architectural firm in Orinda where Christine is partner. They are also the founders of the Old Yellow House Foundation, a local gem that advocates education of sustainable living and practices. Christine manages three rental properties and runs a luxury Airbnb in Annapolis, Maryland.

Christine is an avid fan of hiking, food, and travel and recently started a local women’s book club dedicated to self-improvement. She loves the East Bay for its stunning landscape, quality school districts, hiking trails, and proximity to metropolitan areas.

Whether clients are stepping into parenthood, becoming empty nesters, or undergoing other big life changes, Christine makes their goals a heartwarming reality.
