Born and raised in San Francisco, Lucien has called the Bay Area home his entire life. He’s lived and worked in the East Bay since graduating from UC Davis, and getting his first job on an ambulance. The next 20 years were spent serving the Oakland community as a Firefighter, and getting to know every neighborhood’s unique character and charm. He likes to say he’s probably driven every street in Oakland.
Lucien has gone through his own real estate journey over the years, beginning as a first time home buyer, a second time personally renovating a duplex with a friend, then buying again with his wife, and yet again when child number two arrived. He has helped his parents downsize homes, navigate rising and falling markets, dealt with trust and probate property issues, rental homes, renovations large and small, and commercial real estate investing. With a bevy of life experiences to draw from, Lucien can meet clients where they are on their own real estate journey, and act as a trusted resource.
Lucien brings the character traits that helped him excel in the fire department to all of his interactions. Integrity, trustworthiness, and empathy, along with a genuine interest in seeing his clients succeed helps Lucien form lasting relationships. An avid sports fan, Lucien also enjoys being active, spending time with his family and friends, and touring homes with his springer-doodle “Otter.”
