As an operations manager, Dede brings to The Gunderman Group decades of experience as a Realtor, accomplished real estate investor, and seasoned executive. She has worked as a Realtor since 2003 and has renovated three of her own properties, making her deeply familiar with the strategy and attention to detail required for preparing homes for market. Earlier in her career, Dede worked and lived in Scotland as a Management liaison; in that capacity she honed her organizational, listening and customer service skills and is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
Dede is a native of San Francisco and has lived in Alameda since 1996. In Alameda, she has been deeply involved in the community, particularly through the school system, where she has served on the boards of her children’s schools. She’s also volunteers and supports the Alameda Association of Realtors, Alameda’s Architectural Preservation Society, Alameda Family Service, the Boy’s and Girl’s Club, Alameda Food Bank and Alameda Midway Shelter.
In her free time, Dede travels extensively and enjoys art, cinema, live theater, and staying fit by going to the gym and hiking. She is a graduate of San Francisco City College, where she studied Business Administration.
