Michael “Casey” Bradley

Realtor® Partner / Residential & Commercial

Casey, as his friends and family call him, is a Bay Area native, born in Oakland and raised in Oakland, Berkeley and Alameda. He holds a B.A. in Architectural Studies from Connecticut College, but while attending a summer architecture and planning program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, his career path shifted from architecture to urban planning. From there, he spent 15 years with the City of Oakland Planning and Building Department.

Casey has been renovating and building new construction projects for 16+ years and buying and selling real estate for 13 years, always with an eye to finding ways to increase equity in a property. His incredible knowledge of Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda neighborhoods and future development projects has helped many clients.

Casey lives in Berkeley with his wife, son, and daughter in their renovated 1970’s home, next door to the modern home he designed and built for his father. Casey enjoys writing screenplays, children’s stories, and nonfiction real estate development literature; he is currently working on a book about condominium development. He also enjoys travel photography.
